To ensure everyone has an amazing experience, please follow our community guidelines.
Safe & Welcoming Environment
NXT LVL Gaming is committed to providing a safe, friendly and welcoming environment for all people regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity or religion. Be respectful of everyone.
Expected Behavior
All gamers and visitors are expected to be on their best behavior. Be considerate and respectful. Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or demeaning behavior. Friendly trash talking is acceptable, but crossing the line will result in removal with no refunds.
Equipment Respect
Be respectful of all equipment. No throwing, smashing or hitting keyboards, mice, screens, computers, headsets, or any NLG property. If equipment has problems, ask for assistance - do not try to fix it yourself. You may be charged for purposely damaged devices.
Age Requirements
If you are under 18, we will treat you like an adult unless you prove otherwise. Children under 12 must have a parent or legal guardian present during their entire stay.
Session Time Management
Computers will give auditory warnings when time is almost up and lock when time expires. Make sure to add more time or finish playing before this happens.
Cleanliness & Refreshments
Clean your hands before using computers and clean up after yourself. Bottled or canned drinks are allowed - if you spill something, let us know immediately. Please dispose of all trash properly.
Neighboring Businesses
When arriving and leaving NXT LVL Gaming, please be respectful of neighboring businesses and their customers.
Photography & Advertising
We may take photos during events or gameplay for advertising and promotional use. By entering, you permit use of your likeness in publications, websites, and promotional materials, and release NXT LVL Gaming from related claims.
Prohibited Items
No weapons of any kind are allowed inside the center. No illegal substances, smoking, vaping, or alcoholic beverages are permitted.
Language Policy
Watch your language. Light swearing is acceptable, but do not be loud and obnoxious about it.
Illegal Activities
Do not use machines for illegal or questionable activities including pirated content trading, online gambling, or pornography. Purposely bypassing content filters will result in permanent ban.
Management Authority
Management may refuse service to any customer for any reason at their sole discretion. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action if any rules are not followed - no questions asked.
Important Notice
Violation of any of these rules may result in removal from the premises, forfeiture of remaining session time, and potential ban from future visits. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow our community guidelines. Let's keep NXT LVL Gaming awesome for everyone!
