Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Are you open?
A. Our latest hours of operation will always be posted on the front page of our website, nlg.gg. We are open 365 days a year and do not close for Holidays. Should there be any emergency closings, we will post it on our social media and on the front page of our website.

Q. Do you have [game name] installed?
A. A non complete list of games installed on our computers can be found here: nlg.gg/game-list

Q. I don't see the game I want installed. Can you install it?
A. Game requests should be posted on our discord channel under game requests or requested by email. If we get enough requests for a game, we will try our best to add it.

Q. Do you offer PC reservations?
A. We do not offer PC Reservations. PCs are on a first come first serve basis. If you are a large group wanting to sit together, we recommend you arrive as early as possible as we do not assign seating. If you are a very large group, you may want to consider booking one of our party packages.

Q. Do you allow smoking or vaping?
A. Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught smoking or vaping while inside the venue will be escorted out and forfeit any available time on their account.

Q. I have a question about an upcoming tournament.
A. We are strictly a venue. Any questions about tournaments should be directed to the event organizer.

Q. Can I bring my own keyboard, mouse, headset, controller, etc?
A. Every PC is equipped with an in desk USB hub where you are free to plug in any of your peripherals. Please do not reach underneath the desk and attempt to plug in your peripherals directly to the computer. Remember to bring your own cables. Should you need a cable, we have USB cables available for purchase.

Q. I want to host a tournament or event.
A. Send us an email at info@nlg.gg with some information about your organization, your top 3 preferred dates, the name of the games being played, and a rough approximation of how many people you expect.

Q. Can I stream?
A. Of course! We will even be more than happy to lend you a webcam, ring light, and microphone at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Q. My Warzone account got shadow banned. What do I do?
A. You probably did something Activision didn't like, such as entering the wrong password too many times, or not having a linked and verified email address, phone number, and battle.net account. Account actions tend to last no more than 7-10 days.

Q. Are you hiring?
A. Résumés should be sent to jobs@nlg.gg .
